Direct Reply from Notifications
WhatsApp now supports the latest notification feature that allows you to reply any incoming WhatsApp messages when you are outside the App. By enabling the popup notification, you can reply to the message from the notification bar. Go to the app’s Settings > Notifications > Popup notifications to change the Settings.

To view all archived chats you can simply scroll to the bottom in the conversation list screen then click Archived chats.
